2. What We Collect

• Account information: name, email, company name, phone number
• Job data: site addresses, waste types, weights, destinations
• Waste Transfer Notes: including customer names, signatures, and timestamps
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Usage data: how you use the app, for improving the service

3. Why We Collect It

• To provide the Type 6 service
• To generate legally compliant Waste Transfer Notes
• To process subscription payments
• To send you account and service notifications
• To comply with UK waste regulations (2-year WTN retention)

4. Legal Basis

We process your data under contract (to provide the service you signed up for) and legal obligation (waste carrier regulations require WTN retention).

5. Data Retention

Waste Transfer Notes and associated data are retained for a minimum of 2 years as required by the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where legal obligations require longer retention.

6. Third Parties

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — secure data storage (EU servers)
• Resend — transactional email delivery

We do not sell your data to any third party.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at enquiriestype6@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

We use only essential cookies required for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
