By creating a Type 6 account you agree to these terms. Type 6 is operated by Type 6 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Type 6 provides digital job management, waste transfer note creation, and billing tools for groundworks and waste carrier businesses. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during this period. After the trial, your chosen plan is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are exclusive of VAT. You authorise Type 6 Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
Type 6 generates digital Waste Transfer Notes designed to comply with the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011. You remain responsible for ensuring all information entered is accurate and that your business holds the required waste carrier licences. Type 6 Ltd accepts no liability for non-compliance arising from incorrect data entry.
We store your job data, waste transfer notes, and signatures securely. Data is retained for a minimum of 2 years to meet legal requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You must not use Type 6 for any unlawful purpose, including the disposal of waste without the appropriate licences or permits.
Type 6 Ltd's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
